Resident Essentials - Return Policy:


All items, except electronics that have been engraved, may be returned within 30 days of purchase for refund or store credit in their original packaging. Clothing items may be returned, EVEN if we have applied name labels, as long as the items have not been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered. When returning an item, please include either a copy of the invoice or your name, the customer’s name, the facility name, and the city. Please let us know why you are returning the item and if you would like an exchange. Outbound and return shipping are the responsibilities of the customer.

Additionally, for furniture, which must be returned in the original cartons and packaging materials, it is the customer’s responsibility to reimburse us for outbound freight charges and manufacturer’s restocking charges if any. Custom-built furniture is non-returnable. Custom built recliners take 4-6 weeks for construction before shipping for delivery. If you do need to return a furniture item, please call us first. We encourage you to insure any items you are returning so that a claim can be made if the items are lost or damaged in transit.
